Corder Family Updates: Ren Fest

Yesterday, my mom, my brother, Skippy, Lilly and I went to the Rennisance Festival. We met up with Kaitlyn, Garrett and Debbie and their entourage of people. Lilly had a blast. We got there about 11:30 and by the time we met up with everyone it was time for the Mud show. It has been the same show since I was in the 7th grade except one of the mud guys died or something, so now it is a 2 man show. After that we went over to the kiddie section, bought Lilly some Fairy wings and took her on the Giant 6 person swing. She loved it, she had her arms in the air and was grinning from ear to ear when it was over. We then headed over to the maze. It was Myself, Skippy, Kaitlyn, her friend Jackie, and Lilly and we SUCKED at the maze. It took FOREVER to get out. We only found our way out when some little girl that was watching from the bridge above took pity on us....Very embarrassing. After that my mom took Lilly to ride the elephants, I didn't think she would enjoy it that much but she LOVED the elephants. after that she was tuckered out so we got some italian ice and left. My mom dropped Lilly and I off at my inlaws where we met up with Lance and had dinner with his parents before heading home. Even though it was a VERY busy day but it was quite lovely.
